Roles and Responsibilities
- Process client requests related to system setup, including signatory updates and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete system maintenance related to account opening and account maintenance.
- Respond to client and internal inquiries accurately and professionally.
- Prepare and organize documentation for archiving.
- Apply relevant banking regulations and internal procedures while processing requests.
- Stay updated on internal procedures, policies, external regulations, and process changes.
- Maintain documentation related to operational procedure updates.
- Process client instructions accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
- Verify and authorize data entered into relevant systems.
- Ensure client and internal queries are addressed accurately and within required timelines.
- Escalate urgent matters and potential risks through appropriate channels.
- Support other teams or employees when requested by supervisors, including assisting with other processes when required.
- Participate in training programs, projects, conference calls, and system testing activities.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through strong knowledge of products, processes, and client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improving existing processes.
- Assist with the implementation of approved process improvements.
- Follow established procedures and controls for operational activities.
- Support quality assurance activities and help minimize operational risks and losses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in financial services is preferred.

- Experience communicating with internal or external customers is an advantage.
