Job Description
As a Transportation Representative, AV, you will support transportation operations by monitoring shipments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues, analyzing data, and helping improve transportation processes.
The role covers both Inbound and Outbound operations:
- Inbound: Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and fulfillment centers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Outbound: Coordinate with fulfillment centers, carriers, and hubs to support timely truck departures and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation activities and identify exceptions or delays.
- Investigate issues using internal systems and data.
- Communicate updates and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with carriers, vendors, suppliers, fulfillment centers, Retail, Finance, and other internal teams.
- Extract and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data-management tools.
- Prepare and interpret operational performance metrics.
- Identify trends, exceptions, and potential business impacts.
- Escalate operational issues and data discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
- Track issues through resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare weekly reports, business updates, and performance narratives.

Qualifications
