💼 Job Description
NoBroker is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the Talent Acquisition Intern position. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end hiring activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English and Telugu communication skills, a professional approach, and a strong interest in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, Sales, or Marketing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk hiring for non-IT positions such as Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Telecalling.
- Screen candidates based on location, salary expectations, experience, communication skills, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain job role, salary, workplace, shifts, and other requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve interview-to-joining conversions.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate documentation, offer releases, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and recruitment statistics.
- Work toward recruitment KPIs, including sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joiners.
