About Wipro WILP
The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique initiative that enables BCA and B.Sc graduates to start their professional journey at Wipro while simultaneously pursuing M.Tech from a premier institute in India. The higher education is fully sponsored by Wipro, offering a blend of learning and hands-on industry experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
Additional Criteria
- Open schooling or distance education is allowed only for 10th & 12th
- One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment
- Backlogs must be cleared along with the 6th semester
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics during graduation
- Business Maths / Applied Maths are NOT considered
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed in education (from 10th to graduation start)
- No gaps allowed during graduation (must be completed within 3 years)
- Candidate must be 18 years or above at the time of registration
- Must be an Indian citizen, or hold PIO / OCI status
- Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit a citizenship certificate
- Candidates must complete a 3-month cool-off period to be eligible again
Stipend & Salary Details
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
Selection Process
All eligible candidates must undergo the following stages:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Analytical Ability: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Service Agreement
- Duration: 60 months
- Candidates leaving the organization within this period must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
