- Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Day & Night as per business requirement)
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries with accurate information and a positive attitude.
- Maintain call quality, documentation, and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Skills:
- Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
