Educational Qualification

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or analytical role
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to work with relational databases
- Strong understanding of payment flows, financial systems, and large-scale technical problem-solving
- Excellent analytical skills to investigate issues, identify root causes, and prioritize resolutions
- Experience handling complex workflows involving coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with large datasets, including data validation and analysis
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs, best practices, and process documentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Proven experience in identifying, triaging, and resolving technical or product-related issues
- Track record of driving process improvements and proactive problem resolution
- Strong investigative mindset with operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Payments domain expertise, including working with financial partners and optimizing payment performance
- Experience in a high-growth technology company
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reconciliation and payments-related requests to ensure accurate ledgering of funds
- Address and resolve support inquiries from banking and financial partners
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and investigate performance degradation
- Communicate findings to internal teams, banking partners, and card networks
- Respond to complex performance and support queries from internal Stripe teams
- Collaborate with global financial partners to resolve operational issues
- Validate the accuracy of Stripe’s financial data in partnership with internal and external teams
- Introduce data-driven and process efficiencies to support Stripe’s scale and growth
- Identify opportunities to automate inefficient operational processes and reduce manual workloads
