Minimum Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience supporting Engineering Operations, project management, or program management.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and compile data from defined sources to perform basic analyses.
- Prepare graphs, charts, and data tables to support small-scale projects and operational tasks.
- Assist with operational activities such as space planning, headcount analysis, and budget requests under manager guidance.
- Follow established processes, tools, and reporting methods; identify minor opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information, share status updates, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks related to projects, processes, and services.
- Build connections within the team to exchange ideas and gain insights.
Level of Responsibility
- Works under close supervision.
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks with limited impact on larger outcomes.
- Uses verbal and written communication to share routine updates within the team.
- Follows documented procedures for tasks involving multiple steps.
- Applies basic creativity to troubleshooting minor issues.
- Performs limited problem-solving on simple processes or tools.
