Eligibility Criteria
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of NetAct, SON (FM/PM/CM) and 3GPP wireless protocols including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G
- Hands-on experience with:
- Linux, TCP/IP networking, and web applications
- Shell Scripting and Ansible automation
- Virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Druid, and Redis
- Expertise in networking and system-level troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud technologies, including:
- Microservices and Containers
- Messaging systems
- Container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, RHOCP, Docker, and Podman
- Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- A curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Advanced Network & System Operations
- Experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G network design and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of RAN equipment, multi-vendor OSS, and Network Performance Optimization (NPO)
- Ability to analyze wireless network KPIs
- AI/ML & Data Science Knowledge
- Strong foundation in Mathematics (Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability, Statistics)
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learning)
- Familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, visualization, and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Development & Automation Skills
- Programming experience in Java or Python for automation and tool development
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical case handling, including planning, execution, and automation
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer and network issues, including multi-vendor environments
- Interact directly with customers on high-impact issues and manage technical escalations
- Handle critical outages and emergency situations to ensure rapid service recovery
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for solution documentation
- Provide product and feature feedback to development and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Continuously expand knowledge in emerging areas such as cloud computing and AI/ML
