Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline
- 2+ years of industry experience in analytics using SQL, Python, and/or R
- 2+ years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods, understanding ecosystems and user behavior, and driving data-led projects
- Must remain in the same role and team in India for a minimum of 24 months before being eligible for internal transfer
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
Key Responsibilities (Product Analytics)
- Identify new opportunities for product impact and influence product and sales teams to solve impactful problems
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand user interactions across Meta’s growth products
- Work closely with product teams to analyze trends, solve problems, and uncover opportunities
- Influence and support product decisions and launches in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Set KPIs and goals, design experiments, evaluate results, and monitor product metrics
- Perform exploratory analysis to identify long-term trends, user behaviors, and levers to improve key metrics
- Use data to guide product development, quantify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and ensure product value
- Provide analytics leadership through hypothesis development, rigorous analytical methods, and effective problem solving
- Communicate insights through clear storytelling, building credibility and influencing strategic decisions
Skills Required
