Technical Skills & Qualifications
All About You – What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience with REST API development
- Knowledge of Spring, JPA, Hibernate, RDBMS, PL/SQL, JDBC
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as React JS and/or Angular (added advantage)
- Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD, Sonar integration, and Tomcat
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (preferred)
- Experience delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services domain (preferred)
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and fast-changing environments
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop application logic for multi-component systems
- Build scalable products for Customer Onboarding, Performance Management, Risk Monitoring, and Transaction Monitoring
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications
- Deliver defect-free code within defined timelines
- Maintain and enhance unit test coverage and code quality
- Support testing teams by resolving defects and assisting with automation
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives
