Job Description

  • Create, maintain, and administer data (create, modify, convert, extend, block, or delete) across processes such as Cash & Bank, Purchase to Pay, Contract Administration, Master Data, Billing, Reporting, Back Reporting, and other SSC-related processes.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data entry in line with process requirements.
  • Execute data entry or modification requests received from Front Officers after approval from the Process Manager.
  • Coordinate with unit Front Officers to obtain additional or missing information when required.
  • Maintain and execute process documentation as per standards.
  • Register and process incoming and outgoing documents within defined timelines.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Log issues, discuss them with team leaders, and escalate when required.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
