Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members over time to assess learning, capability, and productivity.
- Address and resolve service-related issues escalated by internal or external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work independently and progress tasks without the need for close supervision or explicit instructions.
- Make effective, data-driven decisions based on insights, analysis, and professional judgment.
- Build an efficient and high-performing team through continuous communication, constructive feedback, and effective supervisory practices.
- Organize workflows and distribute tasks appropriately to ensure timely delivery.
- Support end-to-end client onboarding, including fulfillment of AML and KYC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prior experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in PC-based and mainframe systems with strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Previous experience as a people manager leading high-performing teams is preferred.
