Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver ad-hoc reports as required
- Identify trends and anomalies within data, providing insights to stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload
You will also:
- Support the Business Reporting and Governance vertical in deploying robust tracking mechanisms for SLAs, KPIs, and daily operations
- Assist the Governance team with contractual compliance, reporting, incident management, change management, survey management, and automation initiatives
- Manage and improve organizational information through structured decision rights and accountabilities
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports, focusing on business performance through trusted data and insights
