Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Post-graduation is optional)
- Passing Years: 2022 to 2025 only
- 2026 pass-outs are not eligible
- Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree are not eligible
- Freshers only (candidates with more than 12 months of experience in any domain are not eligible)
Required / Preferred Skills
- Gaming or Android-related certifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Good understanding of Android OS and the Google Play Store
- Strong knowledge of games and various game genres
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand online games and features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends, as required
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is an added advantage
- Proactive, quick learner, data-driven, and curious mindset
- Team player with a strong interest in gaming
Additional Requirements
- Two copies of resume and passport-size photographs are mandatory
- Original PC and semester mark sheets issued by the university must be available
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Personal laptops are not allowed
Roles & Responsibilities
- Play and review Android games and applications
- Analyze and categorize apps based on industry standards and user preferences
- Follow defined rules, processes, and quality guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
- Ensure accuracy and quality while meeting defined QA benchmarks
- Act as an individual contributor and take ownership of work quality
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve workflows and processes
- Identify complex scenarios and assist clients in improving game categorization and operational efficiency
