Job Description
- Monitor and manage all inbound customer communication channels, including emails, calls, and website forms
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads generated across multiple channels
- Understand customer requirements by analyzing customer history and past interactions
- Recommend suitable solutions to customers and support the sales closure process
- Ensure all customer queries are responded to within one business hour via calls, emails, or system-based quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled within committed timelines
- Perform timely follow-ups with leads across different markets to maximize conversions
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
