Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience building AI agents.
- Experience developing and automating CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and YAML for integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and code-level debugging.
Preferred Qualification
- Exposure to AIOps concepts, including predictive monitoring and automated remediation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support AI-driven DevOps delivery and contribute to DevOps implementation for AI platforms.
- Work on automation, scalability, reliability, and operational stability of AI/ML systems.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for AI/ML applications.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Configure alerts and assist with incident detection, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Support Azure infrastructure, including compute, storage, and containerized workloads.
- Create and maintain Postman collections and assist with API testing and validation.
- Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Provide technical support during critical incidents and war-room calls.
- Debug application and infrastructure issues, including code-level investigation when required.
- Follow AI governance, compliance, quality, and company policies.
AI Builder Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced AI platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.
- Develop solutions that improve products, workflows, automation, and decision-making.
