Eligibility & Qualifications
What You’ve Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- 2 to 3.6 years of hands-on experience in at least one object-oriented programming language
(e.g., Java or Python using OOP principles) - Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to understand requirements and build efficient, maintainable solutions
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with caching and pagination patterns
- Willingness to quickly learn the Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub, with curiosity to master decisioning concepts
- Clear communication and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and writing unit/integration tests
