Job Description
- Support Business Banking client requirements across a range of products and services.
- Work closely with the Quality team and implement feedback to ensure all tasks follow defined processes and standards.
- Drive excellent customer outcomes and internal controls by validating KYC information and updating records to remain policy-compliant.
- Analyze product requirements, design optimal solutions, implement and code applications, and perform testing across the full product development lifecycle.
- Assist in validation and support of IBM Systems products where required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with basic familiarity in accounting terminology.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, personal, and confidential data responsibly.
